Honey Turkey

Apart from exercising, food can be an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Two such foods that come to my mind are honey and turkey.

 

Honey

 

The honey bee population is declining. The reason for such decline can be due to 3 reasons. The increase use of chemicals and fumigation in harvesting is part of the factor. The increase use of technology as the growing number of wireless communication towers result in attraction of electromagnetic waves which interfere with bee navigation. Global warming might have increased the growth of pathogens such as the mites, viruses and other germ population which might have increased the toll of bee population.

 

This is time for world scientists and biologist to get together to find a solution such as an artificial environment to revive the bee population before things get worse. If they target the causes of such descend in their breed the world might prevent a major environmental damage. Why I am saying this is that bees produce an invaluable honey in the process of pollination and influencing the agricultural food supply.

 

Water is the beginning of any life form. In honey, relative availability of water content is low. Therefore, drinking honey can inhibit germ growth. Consumption of honey produces polyphenols which helps to fight diseases in the body. Honey is mentioned 66 times in the bible and the Holy Prophet Muhammad had echoed about the goodness of honey one thousand four hundred years ago for better health.

 

Turkey

 

A passionate dancer upon completion of his favourite moves will be ineffably happy. This is because the brain has produced a chemical known as dopamine. This is the gift from the brain for reaching the climax of any goal. So if you want your brain to reward you with dopamine, find your passion and plan to achieve it. It that is difficult for you then go for the turkey.

 

Turkey for the night reminds all of us of Christmas. Do you know that the protein in turkey as food produces the invaluable chemical known as dopamine in the brain? A balance amount of dopamine release will make us feel good about ourselves.

 

Get rid off the harmful bacteria from the body by drinking honey and eat the turkey for happiness. Alternatively, you can make a honeyed turkey for dinner for healthy living.
